4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Servanda only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Servanda. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide our services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI mediators provide suggestions and facilitate discussions, but their output should not be considered legal advice. You should consult with qualified legal professionals for legal matters. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

7. Subscription and Payment

Some features of Servanda require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Servanda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of Servanda after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
