Section 79V requires local authorities in Wales to provide information, advice, and training regarding child minding and day care under regulations.
Each local authority in Wales shall, in accordance with regulations, secure the provision— of information and advice about child minding and day care; and of training for persons who provide or assist in providing child minding or day care.
